This housecoat would fit well on your Barbie or other 11 1/2 fashion dolls.  It is made of a soft pink fabric, with lavender edging and lace around the collar.  It needs a bit of TLC as it is missing one of the pink ribbon waist ties and the existing one is frayed at the end.  Otherwise it would be a great item for your doll to wear over a bathing suit or night gown!
